Uniquely concave-milled staves, adhering to traditional cooper craftsmanship
Uniquely, Northern Lights routes the concave diameter of each stave according to the diameter of the selected hot tub size, ensuring a perfect sealing fit no matter what size hot tub you select.
You see, hot tub staves are generally cut straight. A straight cut diminishes the surface area that touches the side of the round floor, thus limiting the sealing capacity of the hot tub. Or, in other words, straight cuts frequently cause leakages.
Not so at Northern Lights! We route the hot tub staves into a concave shape according to the ancient art of coopering. This allows for an optimal fit against the round floor of the hot tub, ensuring a perfectly sealed tub, regardless of who assembles it.

The spa control software triggers the heating element through digital data input from the sensors. This rules out mechanical wear, thus guaranteeing lifelong, reliable performance and spa pleasure.
Flexible, extremely reliable and with many advanced functions
The casing is manufactured from technical polymers to protect the electronic components inside. Hydrotherapy jets, underwater LED lighting, precise temperature control accuracy to 0.5°C, independent filter cycles, economic operation modes, everything is easily operated by the topside control panel, which has an back-lit screen conveniently mounted next to the tub, making it easy to control all the functions from inside or outside your hot tub, day or night.
