Concave-milled staves, ensuring perfectly sealing joints

Uniquely, Northern Lights routes the concave diameter of each stave according to the diameter of the selected hot tub size, ensuring a perfect sealing fit no matter what size hot tub you select.

You see, hot tub staves are generally cut straight. A straight cut diminishes the surface area that touches the side of the round floor, thus limiting the sealing capacity of the hot tub. Or, in other words, straight cuts frequently cause leakages. 

Not so at Northern Lights! We route the hot tub staves into a concave shape according to the ancient art of coopering. This allows for an optimal fit against the round floor of the hot tub, ensuring a perfectly sealed tub, regardless of who assembles it.
